Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ProdGTM ("we", "us") handles information across the apps we build, own, and publish. The same privacy approach applies to every ProdGTM app: your records stay on your device. We do not run a backend, you do not sign in, and we do not show ads or sell data. The only data that leaves your device is anonymous usage analytics, which you can turn off.

Apps covered by this policy

This single policy applies to all current and future ProdGTM apps, including CollectHero, TuitionMasterPro, and DentistPro, on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Each app is published by ProdGTM and follows the practices described below; where an app has feature-specific details, those are noted in that app's store listing. Not every app uses every permission, feature, or data type listed here — only those it actually offers apply to you.

1. Data that stays on your device (never uploaded)

Everything you create in a ProdGTM app is stored in that app's private storage on your phone and is never transmitted to us or any third party. Depending on the app, this includes:

This data is removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. We cannot access it, recover it, or reset it for you.

2. Permissions and why we request them

An app only requests the permissions it needs for the features it offers:

3. Anonymous usage analytics (Firebase Analytics)

To understand which features are used and to improve each app's design and roadmap, we use Google Firebase Analytics to record anonymous, aggregated usage events — for example, which screens are opened and which features are used (such as "an entry was created", including non-identifying attributes like the entry type or whether it had a reminder).

We never collect or transmit, through analytics or otherwise:

Events are batched on your device and uploaded by Firebase when a network connection is available, so the app works fully offline. As part of providing analytics, Firebase automatically collects standard, non-identifying technical information such as a randomly generated app-instance identifier, device model, operating-system version, app version, and an approximate (country/region-level) location inferred from IP address. This data is not linked to your identity. Google processes it as our service provider; see Google's Privacy Policy.

Your choice: analytics is on by default and can be turned off at any time in Settings → Usage analytics inside the app. When off, no analytics events are collected or sent.

4. Purchases (Pro upgrades)

If an app offers a paid upgrade (such as a Pro tier), the purchase is processed by the app store you downloaded from — Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store. The store handles your payment; we never receive or store your payment details. The app only learns whether an active purchase exists, in order to unlock features or higher local limits.

5. Sharing and backups (you are in control)

6. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your personal, financial, or business data with third parties. The only third-party data flow is the anonymous analytics described in Section 3, processed by Google as our service provider.

7. Data retention

8. Security

On-device data is held in app-private storage that other apps cannot read. Analytics data is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but because our apps keep your records local and collect no personal analytics, your financial and business information is not exposed to a server.

9. Children

ProdGTM apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data and to object to certain processing. Because our apps hold your records only on your device and collect no personal analytics, you can exercise these directly: turn off analytics in Settings, edit or delete your data in the app, or uninstall to remove all local data. For any request, contact us using Section 12.

11. International transfers

If analytics is enabled, the anonymous data described in Section 3 may be processed by Google on servers located outside your country. Google maintains safeguards for such transfers as described in its privacy documentation.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data: ProdGTMfeedback@prodgtm.com.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, noting the change in the relevant app or its store listing.
